Boat Tour FAQ
1. Refer to the calendar for a date and time to reserve your boat tour. Click on
the time you wish to attend.
2. Complete the reservation form and click on "Make Reservation".
3. After completing the form, you will then be directed to a confirmation page.

4. Each individual, family, group, or organization is limited to 45 seats per tour.
Get ready for an unforgettably spectacular waterborne tour of one of the busiest
ports in the world aboard the Port of Houston Authority's public charter tour boat!
FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT, SAFETY AND SECURITY:
Passengers are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their tour launches
to ensure adequate time for check-in.
Parking at the Sam Houston Pavilion is free. Ample spaces are available for personal
vehicles as well as charter vans and buses.
All passengers must have a reservation in advance. Passengers age 18 and older must
present a valid, government-issued photo identification before boarding the vessel.
Examples of acceptable forms of identification include:
- driver’s license
- state-issued identification card
All children under age 12 must be accompanied by one or more adults. A maximum passenger
ratio of one adult for every four children under age 12 is mandatory.
Food and Beverages
Passengers may not bring food or beverages into the pavilion or aboard the vessel.
One free beverage per passenger is offered on the vessel during the tour.
Backpacks, over-sized purses and other large bags are prohibited aboard the vessel.
Passengers' personal belongings may be subject to searches in accordance with federal

the vessel to any person for any reason at any time.
